Retrofit interior lighting at eight high schools and the Career and Technical Education Center. Retrofit interior/exterior lighting at 15 middle and 38 elementary schools.

Scope: Replace wood chips on elementary playgrounds with synthetic materials.

Scope: Update worn and dated furniture, provide flexible seating to accommodate active learning and various instructional styles. Student furniture would be replaced after 15 years, and furniture in good condition would be used to replace broken furniture at the other campuses.

Scope: Life cycle and preventative maintenance to mechanical systems, paint and carpet. 25-year-old campuses could have architectural changes to suit instruction and provide flexibility for current learning practices. Replacement of tiles/flooring and restroom renovations.
