About Procurement 

The Purchasing Department at Frisco Independent School District works with our schools, departments, vendors, and community to provide quality goods and services at the best value for the District. It is our responsibility to ensure all purchases are made according to the FISD Purchasing code of ethics, guidelines imposed by local, state and federal law, and school board policies.

We are proud to be the recipients of the Texas Association of School Business Officials Purchasing Award of Merit and of the Texas Comptroller Transparency Star for Contracts and Procurement.  These awards exemplify FISD's commitment to following Texas Education Association guidelines and best practices, while going above and beyond in reporting and providing transparency in purchasing to the public.
