FISD utilizes text messaging on a limited basis for a variety of timely communications, including school closures/delays. Frisco ISD parents and guardians are encouraged to subscribe to text message alerts from the campus and District.

Frisco ISD schools, teachers and coaches also use the Remind text messaging service for secure, two-way communication via text message. This service enables educators to message students and/or parents (or vice versa) while keeping personal phone numbers private.

Frisco ISD publishes podcast episodes on Spotify, YouTube Podcasts and Apple Podcasts. Episodes feature discussions on topics of interest to Frisco ISD parents, students, staff and community members.
Parents and students can download the eSchoolPLUS Family mobile app to access information from Home Access Center. This includes information regarding student attendance, grades, assignments and class schedules.
HAC is best accessed online and not via an app.
It is recommended families not give their username and password to an unendorsed third-party app.
The Frisco ISD Child Nutrition Department utilizes SchoolCafe for menus, meal payments, free and reduced lunch applications and more.
Frisco ISD uses STOPit, an online and app-based system, to receive anonymous reports regarding security, bullying or other concerns involving students.
The School Messenger platform is used to communicate with the parents and guardians of current Frisco ISD students via email, phone and text.
