Students may take courses approved by their campus counselor and administrator for credit recovery or acceleration within the student guidelines. These courses are offered at $225.00 per 0.5 credit. RAIL recommends that students take only one course in addition to their regular schedule each semester and must stay within the student guidelines.
As outlined in the FISD Academic Guide, online courses for credit recovery and acceleration will factor into GPA.
Courses taken during an Academy period within the school day, as scheduled by a student’s campus counselor, will not have a fee.
