The Frisco Independent School District is committed to the highest possible standards of ethical, moral and legal business conduct. In line with this commitment, Frisco ISD has established a Fraud, Ethics, and Compliance Hotline for the purpose of anonymous reports of suspected fraud, ethics, and compliance issues within the District.
The Fraud, Ethics, and Compliance Hotline is operated by Lighthouse, a third party provider. The hotline is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year, for use by employees, or the general public who wish to report an incident anonymously. Regular business issues and matters not requiring anonymity should be directed to the employee’s supervisor or appropriate district personnel.
The Fraud, Ethics, and Compliance Hotline is not a substitute for routine communications within our organization between associates and their supervisors and managers, particularly as to workplace duties. Likewise, it does not replace communications with HR staff about benefit issues or other job related issues. The hotline is not a complaint line. Only matters involving non-compliance, unethical or fraudulent behavior will be investigated.
Do not use the Hotline for emergencies. If an EMERGENCY exists, a situation requires IMMEDIATE ATTENTION, or a crime is occurring, please dial 911 immediately.
Information provided to the Fraud, Ethics, and Compliance Hotline should be made in good faith to report fraud, ethics, and compliance issues rather than as a means for malicious allegations or to report general dissatisfaction with supervisors, co-workers, or job duties. Frisco ISD will not retaliate against employees who contact the hotline. Any employee should report known or suspected wrongdoing such as:
