Competitive Sealed Proposal (CSP)

A CSP is a purchasing method by which FISD may request proposals and pricing information based on the scope of a specific project. The District prepares requests for CSPs, stating the criteria that will be used in selecting vendors. CSPs are advertised in the local newspaper and on the FISD website. In addition, information is emailed directly to vendors who have registered through FISDs e-bidding website, https://fisd.ionwave.net/. The District receives and publicly opens the submitted proposals. FISD then selects the vendors that offer the best value for the District based on the published selection criteria.
