Standards of Ethics
FISD's purchasing staff review and acknowledge common procurement professionals’ standards of ethics, annually. Professional standards are incorporated into all FISD purchasing functions. Procurement professionals are responsible for developing solid vendor relationships, encouraging open competition, and avoiding even the appearance of a potential conflict of interest in purchasing functions.
