Students are eligible to access certain special education services provided by Frisco ISD under the district’s Proportionate Share Plan if they:
Live within the boundaries of FISD and attend a non-profit private school within the boundaries of FISD
Live outside the boundaries of FISD but attend a non-profit private school within the boundaries of FISD
Live within the boundaries of FISD and are currently homeschooled
