Meeting the Needs of Future-Ready Learners & Educators.
Each campus is supported by a Digital Learning Coach equipped with the skills to support meaningful technology integration in the design of student-centered learning experiences. This support may happen in various ways including one-on-one coaching, collaborative team planning, co-teaching and modeling, and professional learning. Staff is encouraged to reach out to their campus DLC at any time for support.
Campus-based Area Tech Specialists and District Tech Specialists ensure dependable hardware and software for staff and student use. Secondary students request help by submitting a ticket in Incident IQ, our ticketing system. Elementary teachers submit tickets in IncidentIQ on behalf of elementary students.
The Technology & Media Services department also hosts a HelpDesk where staff, students, and parents can ask for technology-related support. The HelpDesk phone number is 469-633-6222 and is open on school days, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM.
