We view athletics as the opportunity to grow strong leaders. Character is the foundation of leadership, so first and foremost we must focus on the development of character in our student-athletes.
Our mission is to develop students into leaders by emphasizing good character, sportsmanship, integrity, responsibility, service to the community and academic achievement while preparing them to compete at a high level in a variety of individual and team athletic programs.

There are several community organizations that offer additional opportunities to students interested in participating in athletics. The District offers Off-Campus Physical Education to students in grades 6-12 who are making a serious effort to develop high-level capabilities in specific areas and to allow them to be involved in an off-campus program that provides training exceeding that offered in the school district.
