District Improvement Plan
Each year, FISD conducts a comprehensive needs assessment to evaluate our strengths and opportunities for improvement to ensure our vision is being carried out in the ways that best meet the needs of our community.
The Board of Trustees uses the comprehensive needs assessment and stakeholder feedback to annually adopt District Priorities, aligned with our Future-Ready Framework, which represents specific ideals on which district leaders should focus their time, energy, and resources over the coming year.
Once the direction for the year is set, District leaders adopt district-wide goals for improvement, which form our District Improvement Plan.
2024-25 Board-Adopted District Priorities
At the June 10 Board meeting, Trustees approved the District’s priorities for the 2024-25 school year. These priorities are in alignment with survey results and reflect the input of stakeholders from around the District.
