Summer School Program for Emergent Bilingual Students
Frisco Independent School District will offer a summer school program for qualifying Emergent Bilingual (EB) students currently enrolled in Frisco ISD. This program is for students who will be incoming kindergarten and first-grade EBs in the 2025-2026 school year (currently enrolled Pre-K and kindergarten students).
2025 Summer Program

The goal of the program is to enable English learners to become competent in the reading, listening, speaking, and writing of the English language through the development of literacy and academic skills in grade level content areas.
Invitations for students that qualify for the EB K-1 Summer School Program will be sent April 21, 2025 at 8:00 a.m. with instructions on how to register.
Window to register will close at 3:30 p.m on April 25, 2025.

In person learning Monday-Thursday
No school on June 19th
Asynchronous learning on Fridays

The EB K-1 Summer School Program is offered at no cost to the family. Parents/guardians for students who qualify for the
summer program will receive an invitation to participate via email.
